Architectural Submission

Planning on some home improvement projects in the near future? Please reach out to our Architectural Control Committee "ACC" and submit your plans so that we can work together to start the process. All improvement projects must be previously approved by the ACC to move forward as per the Ashton Woods Bylaws & Covenants (governing documents).

Notifying your HOA about home improvement projects is crucial to avoid fines, project halts, forced reversals and costly teardowns, and ensures your changes comply with the HOA Bylaws that protect property values, maintain neighborhood aesthetics (like architectural style and color), and sometimes even verify structural safety and code compliance, preventing conflicts and keeping the community harmonious. Getting pre-approval in writing protects you and streamlines the process.
